How it Works

Connecting Shippers and Drivers Directly Krus is a digital freight brokerage platform that simplifies the shipping process by connecting cargo owners with drivers through a transparent, secure system. The Process Step 1: Create a Load Shippers post their shipment requests with cargo details, proposed freight rate, and the number of trucks needed. Step 2: Driver Response Drivers browse available loads and can either accept the proposed rate or submit a counter-offer. Step 3: Select Your Drivers Once enough drivers express interest, shippers review and confirm their preferred drivers for the job. Step 4: Secure the Deal Shippers lock in a flat $100 deposit, protecting both parties and demonstrating commitment. Step 5: Exchange Details After the deposit is secured, both shipper and driver receive full contact and shipment information to coordinate delivery. Step 6: Complete the Delivery The shipper and driver settle the agreed freight payment directly between themselves. Once delivery is confirmed, Krus keeps the $100 deposit as its flat service commission for the match. Special Terms Cancellation Policy: - If a shipper cancels after confirmation, the deposit goes directly to the driver as compensation - If a driver cancels, the deposit returns to the shipper's wallet for withdrawal or future use Transparent Pricing Service Commission: $100 flat fee per completed shipment Security Deposit: $100 flat per load
