How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to the address below with your request.

What to Include in Your Email

  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Clear statement that you wish to delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Your booking history and preferences
  • Any uploaded documents or personal information

The following data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes:

  • Transaction records (required for accounting and tax purposes, retained for the legally mandated period)
  • Communications related to disputes or legal matters (retained as required by law)

Data Retention Period

Financial and transaction records will be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations (typically 3-5 years). All other personal data will be deleted within 30 days of processing your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
